Terms of service
These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Stamped (the “App”) and related services. By signing in you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
What the App does
Stamped lets customers collect loyalty stamps from participating cafes and redeem rewards. Baristas use the App to scan a customer QR code and record a stamp. Cafe owners use the App to configure their brand, cafes, loyalty cards, staff, and analytics.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email inbox (used for sign-in codes). If you lose access to your email, contact hello@umair.au.
Loyalty stamps and rewards
Stamps are issued by cafes, not by Stamped. Each cafe or brand sets its own stamp goal and reward. A stamp is valid only when added by an authorised barista using the in-app scanner. Stamps and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and are only redeemable in accordance with the issuing cafe’s rules.
Cafes may change reward terms, pause a loyalty card, or close their account. When they do, existing stamps on that card may no longer be redeemable. Stamped is not responsible for the underlying promotion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; tamper with stamps, QR codes, or other App features; attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account or cafe; interfere with the service; or resell access to the App.
Barista and owner responsibilities
If you are a barista or cafe owner, you confirm you are authorised by the cafe to operate the App on its behalf. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of brand, cafe, and loyalty card information, and for their baristas’ use of the App.
Fees
Stamped is currently provided free of charge to customers. Pricing for cafes and brand owners may change; any pricing change will be communicated before it takes effect.
Intellectual property
The App, its brand assets, and its underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. Each cafe retains ownership of its own logo and brand colours; displaying them inside a loyalty card does not transfer any rights.
Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, or for the promotional decisions of participating cafes.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time and request account deletion from the Profile tab or by emailing hello@umair.au. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above changes whenever we publish an update, and material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
